Nach schonender Weinbereitung erfolgt der Ausbau auf der Feinhefe in Barriques aus neuer franzsischer Eiche. So entsteht ein sehr hochwertiger, charaktervoller Rotwein. Im Glas funkelt der Alquez tiefdunkel granatrot. Das mineralische Bouquet ist geprgt von wrzigen Noten wie Kakao und Nelken, aber auch die fruchtige Komponente kommt nicht zu kurz.
