Ookubo ShochuDer Ookubo Shochu aus dem Hause Ookubo Shuzo ist eine echte Raritt, denn bei der Herstellung wird gelber Koji verwendet, das bei Skartoffel (Imo) Shochus kompliziert ist und daher sehr selten vorkommt. Zudem werden gebackene Skartoffeln (Yaki Imo) verarbeitet. Das Ergebnis ist ein besonders fruchtiger Shochu mit einem einzigartigen Aroma und feinen Umami Noten. Ein Shochu fr alle Gelegenheiten!
