Griesel & Compagnie - 2022 Rosé Tradition Brut2022 Ros Tradition Brut Die Serie Tradition bildet den Einstieg der Sekte und liegt mindestens 20 Monate auf der Hefe. Fr den Ros werden 90% Pinot Noir und 10% Meunier cuveetiert. Diese reifen nach der Handlese und dem Ausbau zu 80% im Edelstahl und 20% in Barriques. Die Nase ist extrem von frischen roten Beeren gerpgt, wie ein Himbeertraum. Am Gaumen dann saftig aber frisch mit toller Struktur und feiner Mineralik.
