Original KlappspatenOriginal WWII German Klappspaten entrenching tool. This is a good candidate for reenacting as it is a little beaten up but still useable. The Bakelite nut looks a little chewed up and cracked where someone aggressively tried to free it up probably using pliers rather than penetrating oil. The nut works but is a little tight. This is WWII German, not Dutch or post war. The handle when in the closed position stands away from the blade and the handle is
