I bought tbis to help to cleanse my lymph system and to 8mprove digestion of proteins. The digrstion help was almost immediaye! Within a wee i could tell a fiffetdnce in less ibdigestion, less stomach and colon pain. A Betyer overall health and " lighter" gut feeling.
