It was produced by Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It features green painted steel A washers and a Paul K. Weil Co. OD#3 (khaki) suspension, approximately dating the liner's production from mid 1943 to mid 1944. The suspension has recently been completed with an original Scholl Manufacturing Co. headband and a size 1 American Stay Co. neckband. The
