"Karuselli" lounge chair and foot stool by Yrjö KukkapuroIconic "Karuselli" lounge chair with matching foot stool designed by Yrj Kukkapuro. Produced in Finland by Haimi during the 1960s. Fiberglass shell with white lacquer and original black leather by Master upholsterer Aarne Hirvonen. Re stuffed with new foam. The chair sits on a chromed metall suspension with tilt and swiveling function. The foot stool is the very rare early version all in fiberglass with a more sculptural shape than the later version.
