Iris pseudacorus 'Variegata' (Variegated Yellow Flag)The early leaf fans bear attractive yellow and green striped variegation, but this deepens to green as the plant matures. The yellow flowers have distinct brown markings. As with all iris the tubers are harmful if eaten. After foliage has died back in Autumn cut back to just above the water surface. Love these pillow cases! FYI: 20" X 26" are PERFECT for supposed "queen size" feather pillows. 20" x 30" ones are too big and allow the feather pillow to flatten out too much. There is a bit of stretch to the cases. The "cool side" of the pillow case IS NOTICEABLY COOLER than the other side. Good zipper.
