They don’t feel cheap & hold a reasonable about of weight considered I have my heavy ass salt rock lamp thing on there. It also matches all my other wood which was what I was really hoping for. One thing that made me laugh is the stickers they included to hide the screws. The color is so off it’s comical. It’s not a big deal though, I am just not going to use them.

They just send you to troubleshoot on your own information and when it doesn’t work, they just send you back to the start of the same information.
