The pad is glued to the squab frame and then needs to be trimmed to follow the outer edge of the frame. The white wadding material is then laid over this edge and softens the edge of the pad before the seat cover is fitted. Absolutely perfect, high quality organizer. I was constantly reaching under the kitchen cupboards for sponges and drain stoppers which then cluttered up the sink while letting them dry before putting away.
