It is in decent, readable condition. There is some general wear and the cover has stamp and marker ink. The back cover has some discoloration spots. The pages were printed slightly crooked (see "Hampden" photo). Folded inside was a cut out piece of a magazine with photos of planes. It measures about 5 5 8" by 4"
