Yoooooo great product but what is with the comically tiny screws? Actually installing this on the underside of a wooden desk is near impossible unless, of course, you are in fact a Disney princess and in charge of a team of handy-dandy mice all with #0 Phillips head screwdrivers and 5/32" drill bits. They drill, you hold, kind of thing.

It comes with decent enough screws for mounting that will hold the weight of all the cords you plug in.
