It has a polyester taslan outer face with a soft hand. Printed in a Splatter pattern for lots of interest. Line the inside with a fleece such as a Polartec 200 Series Polyester Fleece Black, taffeta, or mesh. Seal the seams with MELCO tape, SeamSure or SeamGrip. Made in the USA

I love these plates. I have been buying them for a couple of years and I think they are a great value. I use them to feed my cats and dog, and for reheating leftovers for lunch at work. They are sturdy, don't soak through, and the perfect size for my needs. I don't understand why people have left negative reviews because they didn't read or comprehend the clearly listed plate size.
