This is a great cold brew coffer maker. Basic design which makes it so easy to use. I add 1/2 cup of quality ground coffee & just set it in the fridge for 48 hours. And you can brew it at room temp, but brewing it in the fridge will yield a smoother and less acidic taste, if you can wait that long for the result ;)
