Opinel No 05 Stainless KnifeOpinel No. 5 Stainless Knife is the largest knife in Opinel's smaller size knife series. It a 6 cm blade, great for small chores like making models or opening packages. Do note the Number 5 does not have a ring lock. Stainless Steel Sandvik stainless steel: Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0. 40% gives excellent cutting
